SHIPPING BASICS
Shipping rates vary based on destination. All shipping prices and options will be given during the checkout process.
We offer domestic shipping to all 50 states, and limited international shipping.
It is the responsibility of clients to cover any applicable taxes or duties associated with the international shipping of their orders.
RETURN BASICS
Our return policy states that if you are unsatisfied with any of the items that you have received, you may return within 15 days from the date your order was received.
You must follow the following conditions in order for us to process your refund:
> All items MUST have all tags still attached along with all original packaging.
> No items have been washed, worn, or altered in any way.
Please note that any returns we receive that do not follow these criteria stated will not be eligible for a refund.
RETURN STEPS
1. Process your return or exchanges via our portal HERE
2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

RETURN COST
All refunds are 100% the customer's responsibility to pay for. You will not be refunded the money spent to return your unsatisfied product. You may choose to send back the package with any mail carrier suitable for you.
We advise you to keep record of your return tracking information to ensure that it has been delivered.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once we have received your return, we will check all items with necessary protocol which can take up to 10 days. After all item(s) are verified, we will go ahead and process your refund which can take anywhere from 2-5 days to settle into your account.
