HOW ARE YOUR MATERIALS SOURCED?

We take our responsibility for protecting the earth and being gentle to the planet seriously. When searching for textiles, trims, and packaging- we try our absolute best to make sure the items we are sourcing are made from natural materials. All of our textiles are registered organic and / or sustainable.

 

ARE YOU A SUSTAINABLE COMPANY?

We incorporate as many sustainable and ethical practices into our brand ethos as possible. We only work with fair-trade vendors and working environments and we minimize plastic use to almost none. We make sure that our scraps of textiles in production get reused and that everything we are making is not overly produced.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 24- 48 hours for your order to be processed. Once your order has been processed, allow 3-5 business days for domestic orders. All international orders are subject to various arrival time frames based on location. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

All shipping rates vary based on location. Please see all of your shipping options at checkout.

It is the responsibility of clients to cover any applicable taxes or duties associated with the international shipping of their orders.

WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE PIECES I PURCHASED?

We are committed to providing you with the finest quality and craftsmanship in luxury clothing. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience remains exceptional.

Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return Process:
1. Contact our customer service team at assist@shoprangel.com to initiate the return process.
2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please Note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
